1. Service Cancellation & Refunds

HandyBell provides a platform for booking services and purchasing products. Our return and cancellation policies differ based on the type of transaction:

2. Service Booking Cancellations

Cancellation by Customer:

  • More than 24 hours before service: Full refund of service charges
  • Between 12-24 hours before service: 75% refund of service charges
  • Between 4-12 hours before service: 50% refund of service charges
  • Less than 4 hours before service: No refund; full charge applies
  • After service completion: No refund

Cancellation by Service Professional:

If a service professional cancels a confirmed booking, the customer receives a full refund plus a 10% credit toward their next service booking.

3. Product Purchases

Return Period:

Products purchased through HandyBell can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process:

  1. Contact our support team within the 7-day window
  2. Obtain a return authorization number
  3. Ship the product back to us (shipping cost covered by customer unless product is defective)
  4. Receive refund within 5-7 business days of item receipt

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items used or altered in any way
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items purchased on clearance or special promotion
  • Items damaged due to customer negligence

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will provide either:

  • A replacement product at no cost (shipping paid by HandyBell)
  • A full refund including original shipping costs

Contact us within 3 days of receiving the defective product with photographic evidence.

5. Service Not Provided

If a service professional fails to provide the booked service or fails to show up, you will receive:

  • A full refund of the service charge
  • A 15% discount code for your next booking

6. Service Quality Issues

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of service received, you may request a service review within 24 hours of service completion. HandyBell will investigate and may offer:

  • Partial or full refund (based on issue severity)
  • Free re-service by the same or different professional
  • Service credit for future bookings

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments: 5-7 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 2-3 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days

Platform fees are non-refundable unless the transaction was fraudulent or an error by HandyBell.

8. No-Show Policy

If a customer does not show up for a confirmed booking without cancellation:

  • Full service charge applies
  • No refund will be issued
  • Service professional may be compensated for their time

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a refund or return, please contact our support team at support@handybell.in or call +91-7435055508. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days.

10. Policy Changes

HandyBell reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Return Policy means that you accept and agree to the changes.
